The day at the summit
A day for the HR community
Vietnam HR Summit is an annual event for HR professionals in Vietnam, organized by VNHR.
This year it welcomed more than 1,000 visitors, including ticket buyers and invited guests, along with more than ten booths from HR and payroll solution providers. The sessions on stage returned to one shared question: how can organizations manage people more effectively as technology and AI change the way businesses operate?
For Cadena, the event was a chance to reconnect with many existing customers and meet new businesses. More importantly, it was an opportunity to hear first-hand the challenges HR teams face every day, from timekeeping, payroll and talent management to day-to-day HR administration.
The Cadena booth
The booth was in a convenient spot, easy to see as guests entered the exhibition area.
The backdrop, table cover and feather flags in Cadena blue helped the booth stand out in the shared space. From the start of the day, visitors stopped by to find out more, and the Cadena team was on hand to advise each of them.
At the booth, three main solutions
Practical scenarios
Many visitors spent time on detailed, practical scenarios.
Questions ranged from how to calculate pay for employees working multiple shifts, to how to sync attendance data, to how to move from manual spreadsheets to one unified system. These questions show that businesses are looking for answers to real problems, which is what the Cadena team cares about most.
Alongside the product introductions, the team also ran a few interactive activities and handed out materials so visitors could take part and stay in touch after the event.
The team behind the booth
The Cadena Vietnam team had a full day, from preparing the booth to discussing details with each business.
We were also glad to have the active support of our colleagues in Thailand, who shared their experience and stood alongside the Vietnam team. This collaboration reflects the way Cadena and Humanica work: supporting one another and always putting customers’ needs first.
What stays with us
What impressed us most was the openness of the HR community.
Between the discussions on AI, talent management and digital transformation, people were willing to share how they work, ask direct questions and learn from one another. This is also how Cadena sees technology: its real value is in helping HR professionals do less repetitive work, so they have more time for what matters most.
After the event, we also took away many lessons from the way other exhibitors engaged visitors and from the direct feedback of the guests who stopped by. These insights will help Cadena prepare even better for our next activities.
