Redefining HR in the age of AI
Vietnam HR Summit 2025 was built around four pillars: AI, People, Leadership and Culture.
Held on September 11, 2025 at The ADORA Center and organized by VNHR, the summit ran as a bilingual English–Vietnamese program with in-depth sessions, practical stories from pioneering companies and themed roundtables. The thread running through the day was the role of HR as a strategic partner to the business.
On stage, a Cadena representative shared perspectives on the top priorities for HR leaders in 2025, based on Gartner research covering more than 1,400 HR leaders across 60+ countries. The five priorities: leader and manager development, organizational culture, strategic workforce planning, change management and HR technology.

At the HR Festival & Expo, the Cadena booth showcased HRM Series 5, an end-to-end human capital management solution for enterprises in Asia, built on more than 22 years of experience.
The Cadena team spent the day talking directly with HR professionals and business leaders who stopped by, from live system demos on screen to questions about how things actually run day to day.

Ten years on, the question for HR professionals is no longer whether to use technology, but how to use it so that people, leadership and culture stay at the center.
