For staff meal approvals based on assigned shifts and meal order management. The same access terminal is needed at the staff restaurant as for time attendance registration. Uniform Control
This add-on provides a planning tool for the uniform centre regarding daily uniform handouts to employees, based on shift assignments and roster planning. It monitors received/returned uniform for replacement or cleaning, by day, week or month. To create efficiency, uniform parts should be tagged with washable chips or barcodes. Recruitment Online
To colllect CV’s regarding posted job vacancies on your Careers web page. Approved CV’s can be imported directly in the Cadena HRM Series application. Visitor Management
Through this add-on, for example secretaries can inform your receptionist or security guards at the entrance about expected visitors. Vice versa, receptionists and security guards can inform easily about the arrival of guests or suppliers. |
