This is the age of the Internet. Cadena’s R&D team has produced several useful tools to make our application accessible through web interfaces. Your company’s E-Cadena web page consists of daily management tools such as E-Leave and over time processing, and an Employee Self Service data sharing tool. If your organization consists of multiple locations and companies, a central employee information database can be accessed online. Of course for every mentioned feature, high access security is ensured.
 

E - Leave
Any type of leave request by email notification can be approved or rejected by supervisors in a calendar overview displaying all their department’s leave requests. After approval, the confirmation is automatically processed in the Leave section of the Cadena HRM Series system. For both approval and rejection, the applicant receives a confirmation email. Employees can view their leave balances online without the need to contact the HR Department. The same system is applied for over time requests.

Employee Self Service
Employees can view online personal information including transaction history, their time-sheet and their pay slip. Permitted edits of personal information are processed in the core system of Cadena HRM Series.
